JavaScript is a scripting language most often used for client-side web development. I am a beginning JavaScript user—mostly I just write my JavaScript based on examples I find by doing web searches. For more, visit http://www.w3schools.com/js/.

You may contact me with questions or problems with any of these scripts by using the address at the bottom of this page.

  • 404 ( Last modified: Feb 04, 2020 - 03:49:14 PM )
My semi-amusing http 404 error page. I ganked and modified the code from http://aroundthepla.net/ which probably stole it from somewhere else.
  • "Duvet" ( Last modified: Feb 09, 2020 - 07:58:52 PM )
The first script I created when I started tinkering with JavaScript. The lyrics are from the opening credits of Serial Experiments Lain
  • "Timer Code With Demo" ( Last modified: Apr 14, 2018 - 05:53:21 PM )
A basic JavaScript timer loosely based on one I saw online somewhere, and enhanced.

Greasemonkey Scripts

These scripts require the Greasemonkey or Tampermonkey browser extension. See also Greasy Fork.

  • checkall.user.js ( Last modified: Apr 28, 2018 - 10:56:04 AM )
Automatically select all the checkboxkes on the included sites.
  • autojoinlinkadder.user.js ( Last modified: Apr 28, 2018 - 10:56:04 AM )
(Discontinued) This script adds links to auto-join/invite School of Magic, Mob Wars, Pirates, and Metropolis on Facebook profiles just below the "Send <User> a Message" link on Facebook. You can tell the script not to show any one of the links in the User Script Commands Greasemonkey menu.
  • mobwarstimer.user.js ( Last modified: Apr 28, 2018 - 10:56:49 AM )
(Discontinued) This script adds a few useful shortcut links to every clickable mob name, and turns the "in XX seconds" and "in: XX minutes" lines on Facebook's Mob Wars into countdown timers. Once the timers reach zero you must reload to start them again, except on the "City" page, where your cash will be auto-incremented and the timer will start over.
